Megazol Dyes, which contain an alpha-bromoacrylamido reactive group, are reactive dyes for the coloration of wool. The mechanism of the fixation of Megazol dyes is based on the ability of this unique multifunctional group can form a covalent bond with various amino acid side chain sites within the wool protein, as such, it renders an excellent wet fastness and superior dyeing property. Recommend for wool, mercerized wool, cashmere and its blends.

2% Suitable Leveling Agen
Sodium Sulfate (Glauber's salt) 4% 硫酸铵4% Ammonium Sulfate
Acetic Acid 80% Solution PH 7-4.5
Megazol dyes
Add Ammonia or Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda) in another finishing bath, and do the scouring at 80-85C.
Y% Ammonia
Z% Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda)
PH 8-8.5
Warm water wash, followed by cold water wash,
then acidified to pH 5.0 by Acetic Acid.
